Return & Refund Policy

At Solid Arc Solutions Pty Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are:

    • Unused and in original condition.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  • Custom or made-to-order products (including fabricated steelwork, bespoke designs, or personalised jobs) are non-refundable unless defective or not as described.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Custom fabrication or special-order materials.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered after delivery.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

  • Require photos or inspection before processing the return.

4. Process for Returns

  1. Contact our office at (02) 4049 9003 or email info@solidarcsolutions.com.au with your order number.

  2. Our team will confirm return eligibility and provide instructions.

  3. Ship the item back (at your expense unless faulty).

  4. Once inspected, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

 

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we supplied a faulty or incorrect item.
